Mrs. Sandi Ramey

I am married my high school sweetheart, Sam Ramey and we have two dachshunds, Rusty and Reesie. I graduated from Pikeville College in Pikeville, KY with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. After moving to TN in 2004, I felt led to enter the world of education. I graduated with my master’s degree and education specialist degree from Lincoln Memorial University. I was blessed to teach 2nd and 4th grade in Hamblen County. I came to Jefferson County as an Instructional Coach at New Market Elementary School in 2014. In 2017 I was named the Principal at Talbott Elementary School. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, playing board games, and playing ball with my dogs.

Being at Talbott Elementary School has been one of my greatest blessings in education. I hope each student under my care always knows and remembers just how special and loved they are here at Talbott!

Mr. Jacob Bellissimo

I am married to Allison Bellissimo who teaches at Jefferson County High School. We have three children, Bennett, William, and Mattie, and live in the Talbott community. We are members of Swannsylvania Baptist Church in Dandridge TN, where I teach youth on Wednesday and Sunday. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Carson-Newman University. I started teaching eighth-grade history at West View Middle School in Hamblen County. In 2012 I came to Jefferson Middle School as a seventh-grade social studies teacher. I went to the University of Tennessee and earned a Master’s degree in educational leadership. After five years in the classroom at JMS, I became the assistant principal for two years. During those two years, I was honored as a 2018 Governors Academy for School Leaders fellow. I was also a fellow at the Center for Educational Leadership at the University of Tennessee, through which I earned an Educational Specialist degree. I am now the teacher mentor/evaluator at three of the smaller elementary schools in our district. It is a joy working with the amazing administrators, educators, staff, and students at each of these three special places. In my free time I enjoy taking care of our four chickens, five head cattle herd and twenty-five goats.
